English Teachers & Sports Trainers – Berlitz Summer Camps (July and August)
We are looking for Native English Speakers with teaching experience to join our Berlitz English Summer Camps.
In addition, we welcome applications from native speakers with a background in science , singing, dance, movie and theater as well as bilingual sports instructors proficient in disciplines such as tennis, basketball, swimming, volleyball, parkour, trampoline, climbing, and dance.
Our camps take place in Vienna (day camps) and across Austria (overnight camps) during the summer holidays.
Camp Locations
Overnight camps (Sunday to Friday)
Annaberg (Lower Austria)
Millstätter See (Carinthia)
Purbach am Neusiedler See (Burgenland)
St. Johann (Salzburg)
Wagrain (Salzburg)
Weyer (Upper Austria)
Day Camps (Monday-Friday, 8:30 – 16:15 or 8:30-12:15)

What to expect
- Children aged 7–15
- Small groups (max. 7–10 children)
- Day camps or overnight camps available
- Teaching based on the Berlitz Method
- High-quality teaching materials provided
- Day Camps: 8 x 45 minute teaching units per day
- Overnight Camps : 4 x 45 minutes teaching units per day + leisure program in the afternoon and at night

Your Profile
- Native English speaker or proficient in English
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with children
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Enjoys motivating children to speak English
- Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
- Confident in leading small groups (7–10 kids)
Your responsibilities
- Teach English to children aged 10–15 using the Berlitz Method
- Lead interactive speaking tasks, games, and communication activities
- Ensure a positive, safe, and engaging atmosphere
- Collaborate with camp leadership and follow the camp schedule
- Support language immersion throughout the day
Payment
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
Day camps: from € 450,- net/week + fringe benefits (full day)
Sports instructor: from € 450,- net/week + fringe benefits (full day)
Overnight camps: from € 520,- net/week + fringe benefits
Additional Services
Bus Supervision
Support our day camps by accompanying children safely on our Vienna bus routes to the CBS Bautechnikum.
Payment: € 100 per week – morning and afternoon duties, Monday to Friday.

Payment: € 50 (outbound & return)
